Here are the new server rules, have fun and play nice 
Cheating
If cheats such as aimbots or wallhacks are detected on your computer or you are caught using cheats then we will issue a UTAN ban for your unique ID. This will mean you will no longer be able to play on {V][M}VCTF server. Taking advantage of map bugs or illegal scripts is also classed as cheating and may also result in a UTAN ban for your unique ID. {V][M} has a zero tolerance policy on cheating. Users with multiple GUID's will be IP banned and thus come under the "crashing servers" rules (see below).
Cheat Accusations
If you suspect someone of cheating then you should get in touch with us asap
HERE to report who you suspect enclosing any relevant information or files such as demos. This will allow us to gather evidence to warrant a permanent ban against them. Players should not accuse other players of cheating in-game but instead contact an admin for assistance.
Racism
If you are caught making racist comments on our server then you will be banned. Racism is not a joking matter, and we take it very seriously.
Offensive/Abusive behaviour
If you are caught being gratuitously offensive or abusive to another player and/or admin we will ban you from our servers. Players acting anti-socially should expect to be dealt with accordingly.
Team Abuse
Anyone found teamkilling or being a general nuisance to their team may be banned from our servers. This includes attempts to unbalance teams.
Crashing Servers
Deliberate interference in the running of servers, by using bugs to crash them or exploits is a very serious offence and we shall therefore not hesitate in banning you from our servers. We will also not hesitate to contact your ISP (internet service provider) with full logs, and have done so in the past, be warned.
Impersonating Admins
Posing as a {V][M} admin will result in a permanent ban. If you require an admin please post in our “shoutbox”/forum or IRC. Do not tell people that you are an admin or promote yourself as one ordering other players on the server. Players are therefore not allowed to use the word admin in their name. Trying to login as "admin" may also result in a ban.
Advertising
We will not accept advertising of any GSP (gaming service provider) be it in game binds spamming or with the use of tags on player names. This may also fall within admins discrescion.
Game Player Names
If you are caught using an unacceptable name on a server you will be asked to change it before being removed. The judging of whether or not a name is acceptable lies solely with the admin.
Warez copies
Players using warezed copies of the game (full versions with either a stolen cdkey or the demo hash) will be automatically removed. Such players should purchase the full version.
Idling
Idle limits are set to 90 seconds on the vctf server.
Flooding
Message flooding is not tolerated on our servers. Abusing voice communications (for example to play music) is also not tolerated. Players engaging in this activity will be asked to stop before being kicked and banned if they continue to flood.
Shield camping
Waiting at portals with the shield gun fully charged is not permitted as a valid form of defence. Players found shield camping will be asked to stop and removed if they continue.
