This is simple: UT2004 is full with huge security holes... all idiots who has some piece of information about hackings, he can f*ck the server at any time. MAybe me too, but i'm extremly lazy.
And also these security holes and different aimbotters and wallhackers using it too (this is why i'm thinking of retire, too many asshole cheaters). AntiCC, and any else software can't stop asshole cheaters and hackers from the server. Only a new security patch for the game can fix this, but epic do not care with this game and it's security bugs long time ago.

its a shame all the cheating is fucking up a gr8 game.is ut3(not a great game IMO)as easy to fuck for the lamers as ut2004 or have epic tightened up security/code whatever it is.

Well there's two ways to get in without the password, using the same name as a server actor (the custom bot mutator is how nova got in) or by using the reserved slots. Probably more ways, but these are most common (and the ones that nova used).
