Anyone know where i can get a convertor that takes the Music out of videos and makes it a song?

with virtual dub you save it as wav and with other sound converters you can maka a mp3, just g00gl3 (http://g00gl3.de)
if you got a flv (e.g. from youtube) you can use BitComet FLV Converter (http://www.bitcomet.com/tools/flvconverter/index.htm) there you can save it as mp3....

I Dont get it, Virtual Dub onfuses me and Secondly, i lost the manual :(

Virtual Dub: File->open Viedo file (select a file)
then File->Save Wav

SUPER Video Encoder (http://www.erightsoft.net/SUPER.html) is my favorite video encoder. It can sometimes take a while to do things, but the quality is always good, plus it uses direct show to help with the encoding, so if your computer can play the format, Super can encode it. It can also be used for menial tasks, such as extracting the audio from a video.
