you could try http://e107.org/news.php

e107 as far as i can tell is a full CMS, kinda like vBulletin. If you visit http://www.greycube.com/site/news.php youll find a useful Live Server Game List addon as well for monitoring servers on your website.

E107 is free, but youll need hosting. Might be able to help you there as well, if you dont mind your website address being something.gracefulsuicide.co.uk
