I beat you :D

exept I dont have any stuff at home and I think never will have cause I learned Acoustics. And homestudio have way too much shit to get your mix on a profesional level. Not judging you of course I think your doing great :D but I rather not build a homestudio.

I Also learned that if you were to built a Studio ( hold on tight) You'll be spending 8 Grant!!!!!!!!!!!! on cables and plugs. And this calculation was for a rather average studio :O OMG! :p

Ya man i know the reason i got the stuff is to develope some basic new techniques on micing stuff and also make money at it. :P But mostly for just demoing with my band :P No studio time costs then until we propely go into studio. :P

I started with cubase VST5, then cubase SX 1, now cubase SX3
Cubase SX3 is stienbergs flagship recording/production software.

I have good working knowledge of.......
Cubase SX3, Cooledit pro2 (now adobe audition), Recycle, acid pro....
Have also used...
Soundforge, wavelab, hallion, and loads of other shit i can remember :-D

Hardware i have aint great, but my pc...core2duo E6600, with DELTA 24/96 Low latency sound card, Korg midi keyboard, Technics 1210 MK2 (1 of), Rogers speakers x 4 (BBC reference monitors).

I love House music, dirty electro house, funky house, hard tech house, saturday sessions at the ministry of sound!

Well i hate logic for audio its shit plugins are cheap and nasty and like general difuclt to work in. Im ordering pro tools at some point either mBox or 003 rack and need to get fluent in it. I use Sonar currently know most of audio side (i think) and Cubase dont like much :(.

You`re my man mate, i also love electronic music and i`m also a dj for 8 years now, but im diggin more into minimal techno/house. I live near Frankfurt/Main in germany, so CocoonClub is my place to be.
I have one dj-set from me recorded at home this spring somewhere on megaupload, but i`m at work now and don`t have the ip here.
But i look for it, if u are interested.:D

I use Reason and Ableton live on Mac PB as extension to my Dj-Sets ( i`m not patient enough for sequencing whole tracks, so i only programm some loops to fire`em into my sets).
I´m saving money now for 2 Technics 1200Mk5,because one of my old turntables has synchronization-problems ( up to 5 bpm). You can hear this in the set..:p
