why am i banned?

since today i'm getting this message, when i'm trying to join the vehiclemasters server:
"your ip has been banned on this server"

please tell me why you've banned me.

I blame Some Mate. He made a mistake with some bans :)

Just contact Some Mate and you'll be fine.

I have a question..maybe you can help me ?!

I got muted 3 weeks ago 'cause I used Beavis&Buttheads soab- sound too often and ignored the mute warnings... :-(

Is there a chance for me that you can unmute me again please.
I promise not to do this again and i will be Brave in the future @ ur server !!!!!!

next problem is, I can't see writings I typed in the chat. Can U fix it plz ?!

As I said I will speak clean and do well behaviuor @ ur VM's server !!!!

Plese unmute me again - so I can talk/ type to other mates again - PLZ :-)

Okay folks i write here what to do if you got muted/kicked/banned, etc, and u feel that this is unfair, please in the future try to follow this:

The offical way is that you create a new topic here:
http://www.vehiclemasters.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28
And write exactly the same private message there.
The admin who muted you will read that topic in 1-2 days and replies back. If the proper admin does not reply you or we know that he can't reply (example went to holiday) then the other admins -like me- will discuss the problem. But a topic (linked above) must exist.

Here're the copy of the "howto":
