in the war it was said that the noparking map was old as the newer one has ][ at the end, any ideas where to get this map? if any1 has a link or has it in their cache let me know :-)

It's exactly the same as the original noparking. Just a little bit of optimization. The original had a bsp mistake that made both flag rooms essentially the same zone. Which made things lag.

Dunno I like this map btw, though it looks more like CTF rather that VCTF.
